This year Chase Zander entered The Tenon Award for Entrepreneurial Spirit - one of this year's categories judged by The National Business Awards and successfully achieved Highly Commended status.

"It was fantastic to find out we had been highly commended by the judges. Considering this was the first year we have entered and we only fell short of the bench mark for finalists by four points" says Emily White, Business Support Manager responsible for Business Transformation at Chase Zander.

The National Business Awards is the UK's number 1 cross industry awards programme and a business of any size can enter. The Chase Zander team felt it was a great opportunity to gain an outsiders prospective on their business.

?Key innovations we talked about in our entry were the formation of Chase Zander IT (the IT Technical business) last year, the introduction of independent feedback system Feefo and the recent Change Director Forum. We feel these business activities are entrepreneurial in the sense that we saw a gap in the market; a way of working that other recruitment companies were not, and we went for it!? added Emily White.
