About us and our vision

Founded in 2002 Chase Zander celebrated 5 years of Success in Business in June 2007 having doubled our size in 2005 and 2006. We have ambitious plans for our future growth also.

Clearly we believe in setting ourselves ambitious targets and this is no exception but to do this we recognize that we must be the best in our chosen markets and this is something that constantly challenges our thinking and drives our business forward.

We created our company for two key reasons:

  • Firstly because we wanted to create the sort of company where people would want to come to work everyday. It should be a fun, yet professional environment where once people have proven themselves they have the freedom to work in the most appropriate way for them.
  • Secondly, because we saw that companies were continually frustrated by having to pay high upfront costs for retained work, waiting in some instances up to six months before seeing any result and then paying again for a shortlist fee still without having seen a single candidate. Having then wasted hours interviewing candidates the successful end result might still elude them with no recompense whatsoever.

Our vision then was and still is to offer clients the full range of recruitment services developed in such a way as to alleviate these problems wherever possible and deliver results quickly whilst taking risk-sharing to a new level.
